Cancelation Policy:

Non refundable Deposit

50% refund of total getaway cost up to 30 days prior to arrival date.

25% refund of total getaway cost 21-29 days prior to arrival date.

Hold Harmless, Photo/Video/Audio Release, No Cross Branding, Phone Use, and Material Ownership Agreement

We want everyone to feel safe, respected, and fully immersed in the experience during our Go Get Your Life! Getaways (GGYL Getaways). To ensure everyone can enjoy themselves to the fullest, we've outlined some guidelines for participation.

Hold Harmless: 

When you join us for a Go Get Your Life! Getaway,  your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. By participating, you agree not to hold Charese D. Sailor, Coach Charese, Inc., Go Get Your Life! GGYL Getaways, GGYL, or any of our partners responsible for any accidents or mishaps that might occur during the event.

Photo/Video/Audio Release:

We love capturing memories from our getaways to share with others. While we'll always strive to be respectful, please be aware that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during the event without your explicit consent. Rest assured, any use will be tasteful and in line with the spirit of the GGYL Getaways and brand.

No Cross Branding or Promotion:

During our getaways, we want everyone to focus on the experience without distractions. Please refrain from promoting or advertising products or services that aren't related to GGYL. This helps maintain the integrity of our events and keeps the focus on what's important.

Material Ownership:

All materials and curriculum created by Charese D. Sailor and used for teachings, sessions, lessons, and demonstrations are not sharable or duplicatable and are the sole property of Charese D. Sailor. This includes digital and hard copy GGYL material, as well as photos, videos, and audio captured by the GGYL Getaway staff and Charese D. Sailor.

Travel Responsibility:

Participants are fully responsible for their own round-trip flights to the destination airport. Any costs or fees associated with additional days outside of the GGYL getaway window, including missed or late flights and associated costs and fees, are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Your Rights:

We want you to feel comfortable, informed, and fully engaged in the experience. If you have any concerns about this agreement or how your information is used, please reach out to us in advance. Your privacy, well-being, and enjoyment are important to us.
